I feel like I am dying

I feel like I am dying inside. A recent vacation was just a vacation from feeling this way!! Now that I am back home...things are back to the same old...same old. My partner is no help...although he tries....sometimes...when he feels like it. Other than that I am feeling useless. I wish I could get out of this mood...but I can't. I am on antidepressants but they aren't working.
I keep taking pills to make me feel tired so that I don't have to think about this stuff...and I just keep taking more and more hoping that I die in my sleep.
I need some help from someone out there....
