I FEEL LIKE A RAMBLE
Hi journal,
I haven't rambled for some time.
Today I feel like a ramble, so here goes.
Today is tai chi day.
The local hospital has introduced / started tai chi classes
for people with Parkinsons's Condition.
Classes have been running for a few weeks now.
Enjoying these classes as I do, I am also reaping the
double effect of tai chi as it complements my regular
weekly yoga class quite nicely.
Yet where does all the time go?
I have so many things I want to do or to be doing,
I'm a hurry to get things done while I can, being
only too aware that there may, or may not come
a time when I might not not be able to do that
which I have set myself.
So for now, I think, feel and believe it is
better to be busy than otherwise.
Better to test myself than do nothing.
Better to have a go and do things and not have others,
or myself set limitations on me, Parkinson's will do
that for me, yet only if I let it.
Better to continuing to offer myself to the universities
for research and, as a study subject for uni students
for their assignments.
Yes it is better, I feel,
to use my time in this way.
Happy days.
MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION.
