I don't know what to think

I had a second mri just under a year ago and it showed that things are not changing at all which I like because it showed that things are not getting worse, but tomorrow I am going to set up an appointment with my doc because things are different and I am concerned(I don't like how things are).  I try everyday to be positive still.
