I don't know what to do now

well its my closing date, and I still didn't get any orders, I don't know what else to do, I did all that I could do to make this a successful area, and when people order, they order, but paying for there orders are the other area I suffer, My last resort is to get the orders from my boxes I set up for free products. Hopefully I will generate business there. I have to get creative in my sales, and be pushy, not psycho pushy, but just enough to get people to order. It is a direct sales business and it is already set up for you, but it's very hard to get over on the people, I just try to be real and not try to pull one over on everyone, I know there is a certain amount of things you need to say, but do I really have to say all that. I feel like I am forcing them to buy and are they really happy with the product or are they just buying to get rid of me. Idk. It's just all so scary for me. It all seemed so easy when I was thinking about it, what am I doing wrong, where am I messing up, am I really getting it, or do I need to find other avenues to direct selling business. 
I have tried, emailing, snail mail, texting, fb for orders, I feel so discouraged. Do I keep on trying? yes because I need that extra income for my family. 
I will give it 3 months, if I don't improve by then, and don't start making any money I will try another area of sales, or another job to do. I will do whatever it takes, and if I still yet am not getting sales than I will look else where for income.
