I am just so sick with a very bad migraine I got this afternoon when o went to town with my h ... I am so sick to my stomach Iam-having sharp pains and feel like throug hong up but if I do that I will through up my. pills .......I don't know how much longer I can take it ...my granddaughter is here I was suposto give her a painting lesion but I just couldn't ... she is so understanding ...so loving ...she is staying over night ....she misses us so we will paint tomorrow....I started getting sick while we were out shopping and we only went to town .. not the city ...but it has been raining tonight .....so that is maybe I have just been getting worse ................I hope I get better soon .....I can only take so much of this .......just wanted to complain .i guess ......

Actually the weather does play a part in depression, the sun gives off energy, vitamin D and boosts peoples moods=although it can get too hot-it wakes you up-the rain can either calm you or if it rains too much, the darkness of the day can make you feel down--hold on and wait for the sunshine (Y) ((HUG)) hope you feel better soon.

The weather will do it for me with a migraine. I get the nausea too. I just have to recline or lie down. Hope it passes soon.
I can\'t lay down with a migraine I have a lazy boy and I just lean back enough I don\'t fall over. ......and wrap a very cold cloth around my head and over my eyes .......and do meditation ......thank-you ...I am sorry you have to have them to ....take care ...god bless
