I Did It - I am moving to Florida!!!!

Planned to spend just two weeks in SW Fl. We looked at the pink house and it was a bust too bad - very nice on the outside.  The idea of lots of fruit trees and orchards is really nice but the house and the gardens were too much work for just one person.  I found a gorgeous double wide mobile home with all the bells and whistles- -  spent $ much more than I planned -- so I will be moving to Florida for good as soon as I pack this place up.  Clearing out over 30 years of stuff is overwelming.  Have to get all my organizational skills in order. Throw out Send UPS Sell, sell, sell as much as I can. Cuz Kathy was by my side and she used all of her RE skills for me.  We played good cop/bad cop and got a excellent deal. The house is fully furnished (Florida style, so I will just be taking my personal belongings).  I was not planning on moving so soon.  Still do not know the exact Month but maybe by the summer or this June at the earliest .  Just as soon as I finish packing, I will move for good. The house is located in a 55+ Park where you own your own land.  Quite reasonable.  Beautiful swimming pool.  I also have two bikes and a trike (that is for me)  LOL. I am happy and will be glad to leave NYC -- it has gotten too expensive for me to live and it is time to downsize my life and kick back with exercise, sun and more options than NY offers as I move forward in life. I am happy and also excited and  have to get busy.  Desi Dog will be with me by my side at all times so glad I have my little guy. Also longIslandKat, my cuz, will stay for a few months in the winter so I won't be alone. Ok - better get off DS and get back to business. Luv & Hugs to all my friends here on DS who have been supportive. Thanks for helping me to stop smoking and supporting my weight loss, and all your condolences for the passings of my loved ones.  Blessings to you and your family and your loved ones. Luv,Ree
