I think you're just not ready yet. There's nothing wrong with you. Girls take things like this more seriously and carefully considered than boys do. Boys tend be too quick to want to experience the first kiss or first sexual moment because their thinking with their penis and not their brain. Sometimes they put very little thought in and just want the moment to happen forgetting that their partner has feelings and opinions too. Girls sometimes have to tell boys with assertiveness to slow down or no were not doing this, I'm not ready yet. And actually mean it. Because in my experience boys don't like to listen unless you use make them listen with a stern voice and make them look you in the eye and know you mean business.
