I Cheated...

I called in on FMLA yesterday.  I figure I sit here in pain, often, while my co-workers call in all the time, so-What the Hell.  Plus I did stay up most the night and I do get up at 4am, I am certain I would have been very ill indeed had I tried to come in.  I'd had a headache for 2 days, (3 now), so can't imagine no sleep on top of it.My Hubby and I work different shifts.  I was just headed to bed when the phone rings and he has ran his hand into a machine-he is an industrial mechanic.  He did get a pretty good boo boo.  He's always hauling me to the hospital and hanging out for hours, so I thought I'd meet him at the ER.  (What a very bizarre hospital) They have to go to the one closest to his work.  Only took 4 hours but they stuffed the stuff that had been smashed out-Yew-back into his finger, sewed it up and sewed his fingernail back on-Yew-and drilled a hole in it to relieve the pressure-Yew.  I know it sounds weird, but it was so nice to see him and we snuggled in bed until 9:30 the next morning :)
