i can't take a shower

I am having a hard time taking a shower, i suffer depression and anxiety. I dont like being naked. I have not taken a shower in over 3 month. I am so ashamed of myself!!!!
I need to take a shower but it seems i can't get myself to do it
Please can someone help me.
Any ideas or suggestions would be very welcome.
does anyone else struggle with this problem?

Since you\'re struggling with taking showers, have you tried taking one with a swimsuit on? That may feel safer than having all your clothes off. Did something happen in the past to make you feel ashamed of your body? Or another option would be to remove the mirrors from your bathroom if you don\'t like seeing yourself. I have to take a shower most days, or staff at assisted living will get on me about it, and be put into the shower book--of those that have to be reminded.
From the sounds of it, you seem to be a fairly cheerful person, at least that\'s how you come across to me, so good luck with your goal.
