I can't stay and I can't go
2 days out of school and she has driven me to the point of desperation. How did I ever think that I would be up to this - raising another troubled child. I can't sleep last night and I'm exhausted.
She started first thing this morning prodding me to do things for her and I spent the entire day doing things for her - when I have other things that need to be done. I walk out of the room and she follows me, and if I try to use the tv or computer, she's right there, bugging me to give it to her.
She bugged me mercilessly to take her to see Toy story 3, and we went yesterday and the movie theatre could not get the movie to operate. I had to pull the car over twice on the way home because of her bad behavior while I was driving. We went back today and saw the matinee (after her bugging me for 4 hours needlessly because I had planned to take her today anyway) and as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot after the movie she started bugging me to take her to the lake. I had to pull the car over twice on that trip, as well, because of her bad behavior while I was driving.
she and I were both on the computer, playing a game, (I have 2 computers), and she kept sending messages to me and when she didn't get the answer she wanted, started screaming into my ear, calling me names and insulting me.I turned off the computer, and went into the living room, changing the channel on the tv to watch a little tv, and she came in and started throwing things around the room and screaming because now that I want the tv, she wants it and if she doesn't get it she's going to trash the place.
After she gets me worked up to the point that I am angry and cannot take any more, she laughs in my face and taunts me.
It's only been 2 days - how am I supposed to make 2 1/2 months of this?
