I can't fix it

I am trying so hard to fix any discomfort in his life, jail related or not and it seems that he has given up. Pre Trial is November 4 and Trial is set for Nov 14 through the 17. There is a part of me that thinks, no way is he going to jail! And the other part sees that he has given up and it appears that the odds are against him. Anyone know if there is a daily devotional?
