I can't find the words

I am struggling but i cant find the words to reach out. There are no words or sounds that come.
I feel like a number, a statistic - its so easy to get lost, drowned out. How do you start, i don't have the words right now but I feel sadness and distress for others suffering, others pain, and i send silent hugs to anyone who needs it xox
