I can't believe the insurance company

Now to make things better, My insurance company contacted me over 6 months ago with a free service they offered. They would be involved in my care, help get rush orders expedited and advise me if there were other options. Today they call for an update. I give them all my info. They have decided to get in touch with my doctors about the care im receiving. They are forcing me to go get another leg pain checked for a blood clot and calling my internal med doc. This doctor has gone so far above what he needed to do, And i have no idea why they want to call him or what there intent is. Im falling apart. physically, mentally, emotionally. In the end, after whatever happens what will be left of me and what will its worth be.
