I blew it!

    My journal title is appropriate. "I blew it" could easily refer to my nose which gets blown many times per day. I think, though, that my sinus infection is very slowly getting better. Dare I hope?     I also blew it also on my topic proposal. I really thought that since my advisor and dept. head had approved my topic, that was all I needed. Not so! The proposal was to be submitted to the Graduate School for approval, which I have not done yet. I really detest all of these *&%%&( forms! I'm not even sure how to fill this one out. It is somewhat complicated.     No play practice today--nice to have a break. Didn't get my outlines corrected since I spent so much time online trying to find the necessary forms!!! Maybe I can get through a few yet this evening.     Went to Curves today and did the workout. I like this place! I also purchased an unlimited amount of time on the AquaMassage machine. Wow, that was great! Ordinarily, it is $1.00 per minute. I paid $59 for one month of unlimited time. I'm definitely going to make use of this. It felt so good on my lower back.     My left leg is bugging me again. Just aches. Ibuprofen helps a bit. I think the workout made the aching a bit worse this evening. Still, I'm going to keep working out.    At Curves, they have a device which measures carbs., calories, and water consumption. I ordered one. It will be great for weight loss goals as well as diabetes control. And I need to drink more water. Way too much diet pop.    I'm frustrated as there were so many things I wanted to get done this p.m., but I spent so much time trying to find the needed forms for topic proposal. I'm mad at myself for not taking more time to find out about the requirements of the independent project.    Enough for tonight.
