I am tired
Good news so far the doctors feel certain Hugh's mass on spine is not cancerous. But they discovered he has heart damage. Its not serious now but they need to determine how come. Stress and diet? Most likely. Our dad died at age 71 with family heart disease, most Wales men died before age 60 but they lived in Montana's high altitude.
I was able to get more hay today, getting bundles of compressed timothy my horses love more than my friends grass hay. And its way cheaper. And 50 lbs compared to 80 I can handle and unload just can't lift as high up but will unload, have grandson and neighbor boy lift higher.
Well still iffy so far Dept of Ecology is letting us keep ditch running so I have water, but once it stops it may be touchy so I am watering plants up now, leaving lots of lawn areas go, and will learn to not water anything but me and horses. I put bricks in toilet I use, buckets in shower to catch water as I wait for water to warm up as well as in sinks I can use the water for plants or ? I worry about water for horses and dogs and cats (yes plural now that I have Kate's two - they are adjusting great get along with dogs fine but Star is harassing my male cat RC so he stays out more so I am worried coyotes may get him. I locked them in extra room at night to keep them separate from RC so he will come in at night. The older well probably is iffy being idle for 20 years even if the electrical is all hooked up etc. I cannot afford to drill another 309 foot well GOD. So please keep my unsulphuric shallow water going
Just got new tires wanted to wait for first of year but 1 tire could not be fixed (slit from ?) and with awd you have to get 4. Luckily local tire guy usually high had Grand opening in new store best deal with 60,000 mile all terrain tires. Last ones were 45,000 lasted me 57,000 miles. SO I felt good just darn was not in budget as I still have to get more hay, horses shod, new school clothes as school starts after labor day, roof still has to be fixed, siding on quonshet garage needs put on in Sept. Darn friend who said he would help with roof rafters has not heard from said he would call me two weeks ago nothing. And I took down all the sheet rock/insulation in the two car garage part not the shop part though, still have to fix roof on horse shelter that leaks, sigh never ending with repairs. Home ownership I love it and yet I hate it. BUT like a friend said - until it falls down over you ....do not stress over it DO what you can. Also need to spend money on rest of dental work....ahhhhh
OK rambled enough tonight so muggy as it says thunderstorms NO RAIN just lightning great all the hill sides are yellow yellow yellow Probably will be on RED fire alert most of the rest of this summer. So I do not dare go anywhere.
Seattle Thursday first cancer check up in 5 years since I had no insurance. Now I can get my screening done with medicare and supplement. First time use. OK OK no stress

So Happy to hear doc\'s don\'t think cancer and heart condition can be treated. Hugs, Michele
Gosh you make me tired just reading your post, lol. I am so thankful the doctor doesn\'t think your brother has cancer, relief huh. I have the same issues with house repairs, upkeep and dental. Why is dental work so darn expense? Who knows. I just know it\'s one day at a time. That\'s the best anyone can do. Hope your screening goes well. Let us know and know we care. (((Hugs))) Linda
