i am so tired.....

i can't get any med help, i'm in jeopardy of losing my job and i have tried everything that everyone has suggested.  i just don't know how ppl do this without some kind of help.
i'm in pain, but can't get relief because i have been labeled as a "drug seeker".  i just don't know where to go with this.......aaaaauuuurrrrgggghhhh, pulling my hair out.
