I am so sad right now.. can't stop crying ..

I guess I am just feeling more emotions since I quit smoking... just like I did when I quit drinking 19 months ago..

This is very typical so don\'t be alarmed. Many of us found depression kinda set in when we quit. It does get better and go away so hang in there. Yopure doing greaT W/A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND LOTS OF EXERCISE. iT WILL HELP YOU THRU IT.

Partly the disease, and partly withdrawal. It hits at the strangest moments. I didn\'t know you had quit drinking too. You are doing awesome, give yourself a break. Allow yourself to cry without feeling guilty, and accept it is part of the process of change. Does that sound too Zen? No really, God knows and understands - he was one of us.

I don\'t know what meds you take but I took Welbutrin for a month after I quit to get over the hump of mood swings etc. caused by quitting. It also helps with cravings.
