I am so happy!

Once again God made the impossible possible in our lives!! My older daughter, Melany, had a sad and rough life since the age of 16. She could not finish school, and battled to find a desent job. Well, yesterday she phoned me and told me about a 3 bedroom house that is for sale. She wondered if my son would be interested in buying the house, because he earns a good salary. I don't know why I said this, but I told her to go to the bank and find out if she qualified for a home loan with her small salary. She called me a while later, almost histerically, and told me that she qualifies for the loan, because the price of the house is very low!!! The owners are an elderly couple, who decided to rather stay with relatives, because of health problems. They are eager to go, so they made the selling price ridiculously low! Melany got first option to buy that house. Her very first own home!!!

I will help her with the monthly payments, and help her to fix up the house. Then she said that the house will be in both our names!! At first I tried to talk her out of this idea, but she insisted that we will be co-owners of that house! Wow, I thank God for His abundant blessings upon me and my 2 older children!! I believe that Colleen knows about the house, and that she is happy and excited with us!!
