I am so angry

My transportation felt I was close enough to my doctor to take a bus. They don't understand I can't take a bus out of fear of getting lost, because I can't see numbers the way they are. I have a naturally born talent for having this sort of math dyslexia how can I explain that? They never came to pick me up for this much needed appointment so they are going to pay for this. I called in, and said why transfer me to public  tranz when I already told you what my disabilities are? So fax my doctor this, so I don't look foolish and YOU take responsibility for yourjob and do it right. Fax him the form the sec will fill it out. Get this problem worked out before my next appointment, becuase this is creating more symptoms making them worse. I will sue if you do this to me again. DO you UNDERSTAND ME? I hung up.
