i am slowly finding me.

There  is a possibility all that I have was all I longed for he   disappeared   like everything else in my life who else can I talk to at the end of my long day after work  im  so lost when he  left he took everything with him meaning my heart  the absence of  him is everywhere I look  in the house to the  outside its like a huge whole has been punched through my chest,
but in a way im glad the pain is my only reminder he was real. I can live in this world if he exists he was  everything to me,  now his image in  my mind is slowly vanishing the days months seem to go quicker then i had expected and now he is gone and im all alone in the quite walls of my home, it has taken me ten years to realise i was doing everything for everyone, that i forgot to live.

It is never too late to start doing for yourself. You are the one you are with after all.24/7 365 days a year, even if you lost that person. So look in the mirror and ask, \"What can I do for you today?\" The last line in your journal entry shows me you were not doing everything for everybody. You are a somebody. If you were not doing anything for yourself than you were not doing everything for everybody. I know what you are saying, but we have to stop thinking of us as not being a somebody. This is too common a problem and one that has to be ended by us individually. Wishing you a great day.

His image is slowly vanishing and its time to see yourself in the mirror at last. And I bet you find that you like what you see and that you are worth the care you previously gave everyone else. The future is full of possibilities, there will be good and bad but that\'s ok. Take care

I\'ve seen many similarities to the grief I experienced when people I loved died, and the grief I\'m experiencing with the discard. Nearly everyday for a split second there is something I want to share when I come home, and then have to remember that she is gone.

For many months after my parents died I would see something in a store that I thought one of them would like, I would even stop and look at the price tag. Those little lapses in reality bring out the hurt all over again. I think its normal though, for good or bad these people we were emotionally connected to are wired into our hearts, minds, and souls and we can\'t just reprogram ourselves overnight.

You did live your life out of love, real love, and you were robbed in the end. You aren\'t to blame.
