I am not sure about things now
Well I am not for sure how or what to feel now. I had the fall I was scared of but surprisingly enough it wasn't that bad. It was bad for a day but I saw Lisa, my therapist, and she talked me through my feelings and it really isn't that bad now. So my fall ended up being just a bump. The depressive episode have had is highs and lows but I am finally starting to feel like I can breath again and I feel am starting to feel like myself again. Should I be happy things are starting to feel normal again or should I be concerned and worried about something else going wrong, You know what I am in control of my life and I am going to chose to be happy that things are starting to feel normal again.
I don't really have too much to say in this journal entry but writing helps me ant it makes me feel better. Besides I don't think anyone will ever read this anyways.
One thing I do have to talk about is I have trust issues with my husband and with people in general I think. My nurse practitioner thinks it was formed in my childhood from the way I was brought up. But my trust issues with my husband are pretty big BUT he has given me a lot of reasons not to trust him. He has cheated on me and he has lied to me about something big on several occasions. Recently he has lied to me about something big and lied to me about it for 2 weeks. The strange thing is I should be pissed about it but I'm not. Don't get me wrong I am upset and it hurts but I am not holding a grudge against him for it. But he is going to go to individual therapy to try to work on some of his behaviors and after that we are going to go to couples counseling. I just don't understand why I am so calm and mellow about this lies. I think I need to talk to Lisa about this. Maybe it is because I have been shopping a LOT.
