I am new here

I am new on here. I was on here back in 2009 but haven't been on here in a year or 2 so decided to make a new one. I originally was on here for anxiety and depression a few years back. I am now on here because of depression still and I have a 4 month old boy. I am a first time mom as well. I hope to find this beneficial like I did years back.
