I am feeling worn out today..
I am frustrated. I have been having some difficulties sleeping. Last night I took Advil PM around 8:30 pm..finally fell asleep at 12:30am...kept waking up throughout the night and finally woke up at 7 and couldn't fall back asleep. I didn't have to get up till 9:30 so I was frustrated because I didn't feel fully rested and wanted that extra sleep knowing I had a long day of classes today. My body feels worn down and achy today..it feels like I am about to get sick but I am not really getting sick. This happens on and off quite often. My leg has been hurting too...my "barbie crack" (Where leg meets hip area but its not the hip itself hurting) as we used to call it in dance class has been killing me today and so has the arch of my foot on the same leg. I was limping around and living in nyc that is not easy to do walk up and down stairs all day and walk to the train walk home walk to class...I was in pain and it was frustrating me. I got home and put an icepack on it and it stated feeling a little bit better but my whole body still just feels achy today. I have no idea why and I am frustrated I am going to make an appointment tomorrow with a rhumotologist - my mom suggested it and I figured it was a good idea to see a specialist perhaps it's arthritis like my mom says it is. I have no idea but when its not my left leg my right knee and ankle start hurting badly. Perhpaps I am just not aligned properly and need to see a chiropractor..I don't know..I am so frusted I just feel like crap and I miss the days where I was active and would dance and have energy to do things...I want a "spark" in my life again...I feel so dreary and I am waiting for the cloud to lift and show the sun....I just keeping thinking of Bette Midler singing "The Rose" when it says "Just remember in the winterfar beneath the bitter snowlies the seed that with the sun's love in the spring becomes the rose" ......waiting for spring...
