i am back

i forgot my password, and so i couldn't get back in here, i had to finally get my daughter, who is 14, to figure it out for me, i am not very computer smart, anyway,i am back,

i have been sick and have had increased pain, i give up on how to feel better, and have less pain, i quess i may as well get used to it.
