I am a torrent of emotions.
I am fine one minute and a mess the next, thank goodness I have a therapist. This is such a physical illness, but I am sure you know that it does take an emotional toll. I just need to slow down and breath. I think that my life will slow down soon, maybe a week.

HUGS The more stress, the more symptoms rear their heads...and the more the emotions take over I think --at least, that\'s how it works for me. Sometimes just a 5 or 10 minute break every hour or so throughout the day can really help me get a grip on my moods...and stress...and symptoms
Just remember to take really deep even breaths... Hang in there!
Thats a tough job for your therapist. How do you tell someone to cope with an illness like ms? All I can tell you is that you aren\'t alone. You\'ve got a serious illness and it\'s normal to let it get to you emotionally. Whatever is going on in your life that won\'t let you slow down, get rid of it if you can! If you actually mean that it will slow down in a week, then tough it out. But you\'ve been talking about this for awhile and maybe its time to remove it. I have no idea what it is so it could be getting rid of it, doing it less, asking for help, and so on. The point is, take care if yourself. You need to be in the best state of mind to tackle ms. I hope your life becomes less complicated very soon!
Hang in there. There is always tomorrow and the next day. We care about you. There are many times I feel the same way.
