I am a mess of emotions

I found him In his room with her in his arms, she wasn’t naked but just in his arm watching tv. I went crazy on both, I know it is his fault and his only but I hated her at that moment also. She acted like if it was nothing, just I’m sorry I’m sorry .. they met 5 weeks ago on tinder and he never promised to be anything (what she said). He told her he didn’t want to see her anymore bc I was on his tracks already so she said she just went there to pick up her vacuum. I have so much rage and I also think depression is kicking in. He begged me for the next 3 days but he stopped. I feel terrible
