They will have to understand where the job is located, the name of the individual who's responsible for doing the job, and what they need to do in order to finish the task. In addition to this, they will need to know when they should report for work, and what they should do so as to make sure that they do not leave their workstation while they are waiting for a manager.

Whether your leadership style is abrasive or gentle, a good leader is a person who listens attentively to what their staff members say and then helps to create a strategy for their personal growth. The more that your staff members understand they are able to influence how they operate and what they Learn, the more comfortable they will become.
