i almost passed out today

I dont know what happened. Early in the da y I was seeing silver dots around my eyes. Then inthe evening it fe lt like ed I was going to blank out. I put cold water on my face and went to lay down by my husband but he just patted me on my head and went to sleep. He had been up for 2 days sraight because of work. I wish I new what that was. I know I was busy taking care of my mom and dad today because they cant do for themselves much anymore. I ate dinner, so it wasnt that. God only knows. My boys didnt help me much at the time. I would belay on the floor out untill they would do any thing. I dont know.
