HYSTERICAL! Life lesson from 12 yr old
This is just too funny. I mean, my youngest, DW, he is a carbon copy of myself in everyway except he's a boy.
I was griping about needing to dye my hair and how I hate it as it takes so long because my gray is resistant. He just calmly looked at me and with the straightest face said "Mom, if you and dad would just accept you are old, you wouldn't need to dye your hair. Think of all the money you could save." ROFLOL ROFLOL
Now, I've always done accounting and I've always looked long range at cost so I quickly told him "It's not that expensive." His remark? "Yeah, but if you figure it up over the long time, you could save a bunch." ROFLOL Yep, his mom to a tea and he's right......we could save probably $136. per year. ROFLOL That's about 1 car payment.
However, when he saw my roots, his "sweet" little remark was "It looks like snow up there!" Yeah, you got to love him. My little mini-me.
