Hypomanic

I had a bit of trouble getting to sleep last night and I ended up falling asleep around midnight. I woke up at 7:30 am, fully awake. I went to the doctor yesterday and there was a mistake with my meds. They prescribed me Flexeril, which I'm allergic to, and it was the first med on my allergy list. Luckily, I didn't pick them up last night (they hadn't been called in yet) and when I gave Geo the paperwork from the doctor he looked up the meds (since they were all generic, crazy names) and noticed the Flexeril. Other than that mix up, the doctor's office was nice, the people were nice, the nurses were nice... I want to go back there and see a different doctor. I was seen by a resident, a person with an MD but not yet fully licensed. I don't think that will see him again, I will see the actual doctor.
So today I went to the lab at work, got my blood work done and then volunteered. I made a bunch of phone calls trying to get people to set up appointments. it wasn't hard, just boring. Still, I stayed for a while and want to go back tomorrow. If Geo's gout is better, we might go for a photo walk. I took a Klonopin and relaxed and came down from my hypomania. I took a nap and now I'm back to normal.

Hi! Glad to hear that you are feeling better and that you didn\'t take that medicine that you are allergic to. Good for Geo to look it up! Speaking of gout, my son has that too. It\'s gotten better over the years though.
Hugs!

didn\'t know geo had gout. is he on meds for it? nice that you like your new doctor\'s office. hate when they prescribe wrong. the pharmacy computer should catch it though. a lot of doctor\'s ask the patient what they want. i think it makes it easier for them.
