Huskies Weekend here in CT :) a great sunday, nature, and ready for the title game! :)
Our Uconn Huskies are on their way to the National Championship game tomorrow night! :) The Superbowl of College Basketball! :) Congratulations to the Huskies, on their amazing victory last night! :) What a game! and what a win! : )our Govenor has declared it, HUSKIES WEEKEND here in our state! :) We're all so very happy and excited, and very proud of the Huskies :) the Lady Huskies play tonight, for a chance to advance to their title game! :) it's a very exciting time here in ct : )our entire state is rallying around the Huskies, who are only 1 win away, from cutting down the nets, and bringing home that Championship trophy! :) it's gonna be a BIG CHALLENGE!!! : )it's Uconn vs Kentucky, in the title game! : )Whooo! :) We're enjoying an awesome sunday! :) it's sweet classic, and golden sunny outside, with the birds singing happily, and lots of nature spirit of spring time all around : )This is awesome!!! :) the spring season is just beginning to shine! :) i'm very happy and excited, about many awesome things! :) i did some great spring cleaning and organizing in my closet area of my computer room :) i'm doing some writing, and i'm super ready for a great upcoming week, especially with the title game tomorrow night, and all of the special fun traditions of the week :) We're getting closer to the Easter holiday, and sunny spring gardening days :) There's so much to look forward too :) Thank you for cheering on our Connecticut Huskies with us :) it's truly been an amazing tournament season, and we'll always be so proud of our home town Huskies :) they are 1 win away, from winning it all! :) ONE STEP CLOSER!!! to those NETS! :) and the championship trophy! :) We're having a Championship game party tomorrow night, to celebrate the big day :) if our Huskies win, this upcoming week, will be HUSKIES PARADE week! :) Go Huskies! :) U-CAN do it! :)
my family and i are sending lots and lots of love, and sunny smiles across the miles, from our home to yours :) We hope everyone is doing great, and enjoying a beautiful sunday :) 2 weeks until Easter holiday, and continued spring time joys :) We got spring sprouting all around our yard, lilac bushes, our fruit trees getting ready to sprout, and lots of plants, that are leading this beautiful beginning of the blossoming parade, that is the sweet joyful spring season :) We're very happy and excited about lots of great things :) Last night, our Uconn Huskies, took another Step closer, to Basketball glory, by winning the big national semi-final game, to advance to the National Championship game (Superbowl of college basketball) tomorrow night :) This is SUPER MEGA SWEET AWESOME, and SUPER COOL TOO!!! :) the Huskies will be playing the Kentucky Wildcats in the National titlel game! :) WOW!!! :) both games last night were thrilling! :)
i made a HUGE bowl of salad yesterday evening, loaded with mixed vegetables, turkey, and nice ranch salad dressing, with garlic powder, and pepper :) mmm mmm! :) i also made a vanilla iced coffee, with my international delight coffee creamer, i had my salad, and began to watch the Huskies game :) oh my! :) Huskies began the game slow, and were trailing, 16-4, but they stormed back with a fury!!! of 3 pointers, to make the score, 25-22 UCONN leading at halftime :) the 2nd half began, HUSKIES RAN OUT OF THE GATE!!! with more and more scoring, and took a huge lead of 10 points! i was texting our dear friend Shirley (Squarley), i called our dear friend Holly on the phone, Holly usually doesn't watch basketball, but she got so very into the game! hehe! :) She was cheering with me! :) this was so cool! :) The Huskies pulled away with the victory, with some SLAM DUNKS in the final minutes, and won the game, 63-53. :) WOW! :) The Huskies were celebrating! :) one step closer to the championship! :)
Last night, i put on the Kentucky vs Wisconsin basketball game, and it was another classic game! :) our dear friends Shirley and her family are huge Wildcat fans, and we were texting back and forth, until 11:35pm last night! :) hehe! :) Go Wildcats! i was cheering for Shirley's wildcats to win, and they got 3 pointer, with 5 seconds left, and won the game, by one point vs the Wisconsin team! :) i texted Shirley, i said, "it's all set, UCONN vs KENTUCKY MONDAY NIGHT!!! :) we're so very happy and excited! :) it's very thrilling, that one of our teams, either the Huskies, or the Wildcats, will win the national title! :) That's awesome!!! :) my dad arrived home shortly after 11:30pm, we were talking about the games :) what a season it has been, and a run for the ages, for our Huskies team, and our Lady Huskies are doing so very well too! :) They play tonight vs the Stanford team, for a chance to advance to their title game! :) WOW! :) in 2004, the men's and women's teams from Uconn, won the national titles together, 1st time ever, and they could do it again this year, if they both win the upcoming games :)

This afternoon, my dad and i decided to take a quick trip over to home depot :) We wanted to check the spring garden sale :) We browsed around a bit, they have some plants, we saw strawberries, and broccoli plants, but they don't have tomato/pepper plants yet, but very soon : )We walked around the store a bit, we bought some fencing, and fence poles, for some of our garden areas :) it was great to browse around :) We'll definitely go back to home depot again soon :) i did very well there. :) i even told the cashier to have a good day :)
SPRING CLEANING AND ORGANIZING :) AWESOME SUNDAY!!! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) We're enjoying a nice sunday close to home :) Today, i did some nice cleaning, and organizing here in my computer room closet area :) it came along really well :) i was very deep into the organizing, and made some amazing space, where my closet area is here in my computer room :) i worked very hard, and so happy, and thankful i was able to do the nice cleaning :) it looks great, and is coming along really well :) i've been focusing in on my computer room in different areas, from time to t ime, everything is really looking neat :) i'm very happy :) i'm gonna vacuum my computer room this upcoming week, and also going to continue to spring clean, and organize :)

Sounds like a really EXCITING SUNDAY for you Chris!!! WHOA INDEED!!! Congrats to the HUSKIES!!! Such EXCITEMENT!!! Seems like many accomplishments with your organizing and cleaning!!! I hit it a little too hard to day and am paying the price with the legz... I\'ll be fine after a while as usual!
I got all of my feeders filled and hte birds are so happy!!! Lots of treats--seeds, thistle, suet cake... These birds are EATING ME OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME!!! hehehehehe... The pupz ran and ran and ran all day long with the woods that surround the house while I got my SNOW PEAS PLANTED!!! They\'re supposed to be planting on St. Patty\'s, but late is better than never... Perfect as we\'re to get rain all day tomorrow... Was poking around in the garden barn and got two pots augmented with some wonderful Frog Soil Conditioner which is organic and rich goodies for the soil. I\'m curious as I\'ll also use it on the raised beds I\'m planting and this stuff is supposed to be the CATZ as they used to say for BEST! Looks and feels YUMMY!!!

Hello Chris......I too enjoyed watching the Huskies win and was excited Kentucky won as well. It will be the Dogs against the Cats on Monday night. I believe that its UCONN time!! Thanks for letting me know about the womens finals. How cool is that that both Con. teams were in the play offs! Glad you and your Dad got to go shopping at Home Depot and The Dollar Store Spring cleaning too. Busy but fun weekend you have had. Your salad sounded scrumpteous! Yum! No walking dead tonight,shameless is its last show for the season as well. Will be watching the play offs on Monday and rooting for the Huskies!! Get a good nights sleeps friend and greenies. How cool those birdies look!
