Hurry up and wait

Well, that is over with.  We were there all day.  Finally got out after 5:00 this afternoon.  Went to Dutch Pantry for my breakfast.  Steak and shrimp .  YUM!!  That steak melted in my mouth.   I never heard anyone say anything about getting stitches out.  I was awake for the whole thing.  Relaxed from an injection and then the area was numbed with one of the 'caines.  I did feel pinches from needles, tugging and pushing, but no pain until after I left the hospital.  He did give a script for pain pills.  I have taken one. The ride home was sort of worrying.  Snowing that fine skiers delight stuff.  Roads slick in spots, temperature around 14.  It was 4 this morning. Tomorrow I call the center to find out when the treatments start.  I should start a list of questions for them.  Like what foods, herbs, spices to avoid.  How long after the treatments are done can I start cleaning litter pan again.  Not that that is my favorite thing in the world to do.  :-D

I am so glad that the procedure went well! I can tell that you feel relieved, YAY! Yes, I wouldn\'t look forward to cleaning out the litter either! :-)

Good idea about making that list! It is so easy to forget things!
