Well here I am at 10 months out and watching the old patterns emerge. I am hungry a lot of the time although I try to turn to things like grapes, laughing cow cheese, yogurt and anything small and lower in calories (higher in protien). I see now why starting new patterns after surgery is so important. You are going to need them eventually. Most of us will become hungrey again after a time. Mine is a body that is resilient,efficient and adpats well. It's working it's way around this surgery just fine and trying to fiqure out a way to get back to where it was. Everyday I think I won't get my jeans on because that's what happemed in the past with diets. But everyday I put them on and look in the mirror and I'm still small.... so far. I am frigtened and worried but I know it's all up to me. I just hope I can do this. All I can do is try my best and make choices I can be proud of.
