well I am 3 weeks out and I am down 22 pounds, but the thing is the first 1 1/2 weeks I didn't get hungry but now I get hungry is this normal???  trying hard to keep to the menu I got from the center 1/4 cup this and that and juice with protein and CIB with protein I feel freat and have no discomfort when eating . started the pureed foods 3 days early as I was to go back to work the day pureed started and did not want any suprizes while at work, pureed some homemade chile and yum! 1/4 cup of it and 1/4 cup of pureed green beans and I am in heaven!
