SUNRISE NATURE WALK!!! :) oh my! :) oh boy!!! :) This was INCREDIBLE!!! and SUNNY SPIRITED!!!! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, and thrilled! :) i had a DREAM COME TRUE NATURE WALK this morning! :) i was thinking of you all, and i am so happy, and excited to share with everyone. :) This is a SWEET VIDEO of a HUMMINGBIRD enjoying Nectar food in the bird sanctuary! :) The golden summer sun rising and shining, and a happy smiling hummingbird visiting. :) Plus, in the video, you can see 3 of our Squirrels friends! : )awww! :) i am so very super happy, and excited to share with you all, this awesome nature walk i enjoyed this morning. :) Sunny greetings, from the bird sanctuary! :)

SWEET NATURE WILD, AND AWESOME!!! :) this was so much fun!!! :) i enjoyed such a super sweet, exciting, and joyful nature walk this morning! :) i am super pumped up!!! :) hehe! :) when i came indoors from my nature walk this morning, i showed my mom the video i made, of the hummingbird. :) She was so happy to see the hummingbird. :) i refilled some of our hummingbird feeders. :) The hummingbirds have been going absolutely sweet nature wild!!! enjoying the nectar food. :) it's so neat, and exciting to see them, and all of our nature animal friends. :) This morning, a sweet new summer day was rising and shining, as the sky was painted a sweet shade of summer blue sky! :) i had a nature, and gardening pep and step in my spirit! :) i was so ready, for a sweet nature walk. :) i got lots and lots of goodies, filled a jar with the nectar food i made yesterday, and i began my sunrise nature walk :) our cat Skippy came outside with me. :) She loves to sit in the sun, she enjoys that sunshine so much :) Awww! :) i heard the bluejays in our tree, they were so happy, they were ready to gather those yummy peanuts! :) i was putting goodies all around our yard, checking in on the plants. : )i load the picnic table in the nature forest in our yard, with lots and lots of goodies. :)
i picked 4 fresh, cucumbers from our garden :) it's so nice harvesting the goodies. :) i noticed a hummingbird was over by the bird sanctuary. :) i had special surprise for them, more nectar food! :) Awww! :) i put goodie sin the bird sanctuary, the sun was golden! golden! GOLDEN!!! bright this morning. :) it was so wonderful to see! :) i refilled the hummingbird feeders, and then went into the bird sanctuary. :) i was kneeling down under some of the trees, a beautiful view all around me. :) bluejays, squirrels, sparrows, and i was so hopeful, to just get a glimpse, of a view, of a hummingbird, and i was instantly surprised by this incredible nature enjoyment! :) A HUMMINGBIRD flew right near me! :) it was about 4 feet in front of me! :) WOW! WOW! WOW! :) i was so very mesmerized! :) i heard the hummingbird making this sound, like a little chirp chirp sound. :) i took some pictures, as the hummingbird began to enjoy some nectar food! :) awww! :) So sweet, and adorable! :)

SOAKING UP THE WONDERFUL SUMMER NATURE! :) my mom, dad, and i were in our yard this morning. :) we were checking out our beautiful snowball bush blossoms :) it's so nice, and a joy to see the snowball bush. :) You can smell the blossoms, they smell like honey! :) the bumble bees are going wild! :)They love the snowball bush. :) it's so neat, to see all of the bumble bees buzzing around the snowball bush. :)our sunflower in our front yard garden, near our bird feeders/gardening area, has many sunflowers growing on the same stem. :) my mom said, "these are so nice" :) awww! :) my mom's been enjoying nature more. :) She's been taking in beautiful views of the sky. :) yesterday evening, she said, "look at the sky! it looks so nice, we must always remember to enjoy these views of the sky" :) awww! :) my mom was pointing out the clouds in the sky, and really enjoying seeing the nature. :)
Our Sweet corn is doing so well, growing husks. :) i had some cucumber today, with my salad, it's awesome!!! :) so nice and tasty! : )Crisp, fresh from the garden! :) my dad and i were looking at our plants, my mom's tomato plant is growing new growths. :) it's very nice to see. :) the plants are so healthy, and happy :) we have a pumpkin plant growing up into our pear tree, just like a plant that grew up into our apple tree last year :) We hope for a pumpkin to grow :) i took some more pictures of our plants to share with everyone. :) i also gave our plants a nice watering. :) lots of birds visiting. :) my dad bought some more goodies for the birds. :) It's such gorgeous weather. :) sunny, breezy, and in the 70's :) it's heavenly nice weather. :)
FEELS LIKE FOOTBALL SEASON IS COMING!!! :) awww! :) our mornings have been wonderfully crisp, even the night time, when it gets to around the low 50's, and feels like spetember weather. :) yesterday, there was the first NFL Preseason game, the Hall of Fame game. :) we have lots of friends who are FOOTBALL FANS!!! :) FOOTBALL!!! :) last season was incredible, and this season, could be even more amazing!!! :) i always get so excited, when the first preseason game is played, it means football is coming!!! :) Everyone knows, i love my Washington Redskins, the defending NFC East Champions :) our quarterback RG3 is returning, and ready for a brand new season, with all of the players, and teams getting ready. :) The Redskins have their first preseason game on thursday, vs the Tennessee Titans. :) it's gonna be awesome to see the Redskins getting ready for the new season. :) FOOTBALL FEVER is just beginning! :) September 5, the season opens, with the Ravens vs Broncos, and the Redskins play vs the Eagles, on Monday night football! :) i am super pumped up, and excited! :)
Each year, i love to participate in the NFL.com fantasy football league. :) i've been playing since 2004, and in 2011, i won a league championship. :) Today, i signed up for a fantasy football league on NFL.com, a Redskins Fan made the league, there's 12 members in the league. :) it's gonna be so exciting celebrating the new season! :) i signed up for the league that has an automated draft. :) i'm going to be pre-ranking my top 200 players, and the draft is around august 23rd in my league. :) i love playing fantasy football. :) it's very enjoyable to participate :) i'm gonna try to draft RG3 on my team! :) Whooo! :) it's gonna be awesome!!! :) it's time for some football! :) it's gonna be so nice, welcoming the new season. :) the football season is awesome, and i look forward to all of the DS football party's each week. :) i think the first friday in September, we'll have a cool football themed baking friday adventure. :) i'm definitely ready for some football! :) i even put my little redskins mini helmet here in my writing area. :) counting down to the season! :) 32 teams, and 1 dream, superbowl glory! :)
We're enjoying a beautiful sunny day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits. :) thank you for your wonderful well wishes :) my allergies eased :) i'm very thankful :) my mom, dad, niece Alyssa, and i went to the bank around late morning. :) i cashed my check from inboxdollars.com :) i was so happy to cash in my check :) my mom, dad, and niece Alyssa, went into walmart for a little while, i stayed in the car, and texted friends. :) it was nice going out for the car ride. :) today for lunch, i enjoyed a fresh crisp salad with cucumber slices, i also had 2 baked potatoes with fat free ranch salad dressing for topping. :) lunch was delicious! :) i had some nice pineapple this afternoon :) i'm doing well with my healthy eating. :) i tended our plants today, i gave the plants a nice watering. :)i've been soaking up some wonderful sunshine nature walks. :) the hummingbirds continue to swarm our yard, enjoying the nectar food. :) i know i'll definitely be making some more nectar food soon. :) i'm feeling really spirited, my energy is great, and i'm looking forward to many more ncie things. : )Tomorrow is sweet treats tuesday! :) We're gonna get some nice treats at mcdonalds. :) i'm also gonna write some more cards, and enjoying some more nature walks. :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us. :) You all are very nice, and sweet. :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) BIG GROUP HUG :) Tonight, i'm gonna have some pineapple for snack, and watching a dvd. :) There's many more wonderfully spirited days like today to look forward too :)

Hummers are keeping me RUNNING TODAY!!! I filled one set of feeders TWICE today... Mine are PIGS not Hummingbirds!!! Quick run to town to meet Angie and divee up the PPMS stuff then Walmart for a few things... Just felt like a broken-up kindof day...

My day was busy,I cleaned the carpets downstairs,and dusted and cleaned my computer room. Then BBQ\'d hamburgers for dinner. Going to go walk on the treadmill for a bit too. Its a bit too hot for me and Annie to be walking.

Those are some very happy squirrels and the humming birds are totally happy with your nectar feeders. Super delicious looking cucumbers also Chris. The movie you made was a perfect way to start the day with smiles and some much needed happiness. Thank you bro for sharing this wonderful adventure this morning. I\'m hoping to ride my mobility, \'Garden Buggy\', out in the gardens today and do the front garden watering as well as take the garbage can out to curbside and supervise the pick up -- since my husband died people keep thinking they can snatch my garbage can. Once I had to get after a fellow who had made it half way down the block with my can. People don\'t have healthy boundaries or very much, if any at all, respect for one another any longer. A bit too much of \'Dog eat Dog\' gong on to even feel safe if alone with severe disability any longer. Perhaps it has always been this way and I just never noticed it because I had my husband here with me but it makes life too dangerous at times the way it is.
I loved visiting with you in your bird sanctuary and seeing all the wonderful families of animals and birds that enjoy being there so very much. I\'m also proud of your healthy eating program and know food provides to us a lot of comfort and to have to manage that to eat well can be a challenge at times for sure. I allow myself pizza \'pig out\' three times a year any longer -- LOL and I am also allowed cheesecake \'pig out\' three times a year also -- I would jump off a very high cliff if I had to endure all of this without at least some \'pigging out\' on goodies a few times a year -- LOL ...but the rest of the time it is oatmeal and raisins along with sunflower seeds and veggies along with beans and such. Lots of water drinking also.
