Hurts
If these are the golden years, let me go back to the good ole' days! Were they as good as I remember? I know there was less pain. Pain is my world now. My ankle is still weeping still itching, and still hurting. Add the painful callous on the foot and the leg is useless. The weakness of the left leg means I don't have one whole leg total between the two of them. I could control the callous with innersoles with holes in them. The diabetic shoes won't allow that now and the doc says cutting a toe off is the only way it will go away. Then, there is the eczema that is out of control on my left hand,,starting on my right,,and popping up on my right leg. Oh good,,,more itching! The emphysema isn't helping things either. With all this going on, there's no way to do anything other than housework which I hate. It seems my golden years are made of fool's gold.

I\'m sorry that you are going through so much.....hugs to you from Utah
I manage pain by distraction. Since my bypass, there are few meds I can tolerate. What can you do that you can still enjoy? I find veryd very little time to devote to pain these d Try Skin So Soft Argan Oil based lotions by Avon. It is a penetrating oil. It is actually recomended for treating stretch marks and scarring but is wrth a shot for the itching. Sorry to hear of your situation.... Found my new androiid cell phone at the bottom of my dishpan while doing dishes for about a half hour..! Smile :-) - it was insured. Lost a lot of infomation but accquired some more patience! Life lessons can be harsh sometimes!
