How I look at Objectives?

For me goals are a collection of tasks in which end in a goal being attained. In order to keep up to date with what my jobs and goals are, I have two separate notepads that each are in. For example, I might want to increase business X by 10% Income. The goal is the end summary - “Increase Business X by 10% Revenue” I then write down the tasks required to achieve this aim. Again, these tasks go in to the task notepad. For me, if I simply authored down the goals I just wouldn’t have the map to achieve all of them. That’s why I again up the goal with tasks to achieve it.

Individual GOALS AND Duties - THE Jobs HELP ACHIEVE THE GOAL

Personal Goals and Career Goals

I always attempt and separate goals into a couple of sections - Personal Goals and Career Objectives. This helps me obstruct certain goals and understand which category they fall into. Its easy to what falls in either of the above groups - Personal Objectives could be to invest more time with your family etc etc.

Responsible

I try whenever possible to be responsible for my objectives. If I don’t achieve a objective by a certain time-line it makes me really feel incredibly dissatisfied. I’m constantly trying to make sure that I don’t get which feeling. Now this is probably not the best way to make oneself accountable to your targets however it functions for me.
