How To Set Goals
How I look at Goals?
For me goals are a sequence of tasks in which end in a goal being achieved. In order to keep up to date with what my tasks and goals are, I have two separate notepads that each are in. For example, I might want to increase business X by 10% Income. The goal is the end summary - “Increase Business X by 10% Revenue” I next write down the tasks necessary to achieve this goal. Again, these types of tasks go directly into the task note pad. For me, if I simply published down the goals I just wouldn’t have the map to achieve all of them. That’s why I again up the goal with jobs to achieve it.

Personal Goals and Career Goals
I always try out and separate goals into a couple of sections -- Personal Goals and Career Targets. This helps me block certain goals and understand which group they belong to. Its easy to what falls in possibly of the above classes - Personal Objectives could be to invest more time with your family etc etc.
Liable
I try when possible to be responsible for my goals. If I don’t achieve a aim by a certain timeline it makes me sense incredibly disappointed. I’m constantly seeking to make sure that I don’t get that feeling. Now this is probably not the best way to make yourself accountable to your objectives however it works for me.
