How many children do you have?
Supper this evening with friends someone innocently asked me "How many children do you have?" I took a deep breath, looked them in the eye and said...'Now that's a loaded question... I have two boys, one is here tonight, the other is in Heaven.'
Their faces dropped, I could see these moms suddenly became uncomfortable...it's not the answer they were expecting for sure. "It's alright, I'm not upset you asked... I'm just.. dealing with it."

I havent been asked that question yet.. im sure it will be a hard one to answer, but I think the hardest part is other peoples reactions. Hopefuly they will be more open to listening to us and let us share our story.
