How it all began
Hi. My name is Marc Mencille Q. Cempron, I am 25 years old. I fram San Jose, Inabanga, Bohol, Philippines but currently working in Cebu City, Philippines as a concierge. Way back 2013, around the month of June. I felt a pinching pain after I washed my clothe. It was considerably painful that I thought it was just an ordinary strain. I continue riding on my motor bike on the way to work, surfing the net, going late to bed and all other stuffs that thought to be the triggering factor for the development of this muscle disorder. I didn't took meds or see a doctor during those time. What I did? I just rub some soothing linement oil. It provided an short relief but comes back again. Due to the pain that I feel everyday and it is somewhat slowly getting worse, I decided to visit the doctor and she is a Rheumatologist. Someone adviced me to visit her cause we thought what I had was some kind of rheumatism. She diagnosed me with Soft Tissue Rheumatism. She prescribed meds (pain reliever, Vitamin B Complex and muscle relaxants) after a month of taking it, the pain went away.. so I go back to the things that I used to do which she adviced that I should be doing like things that gives stress to my back muscles. Asfter a month of its relief, the pain comes back again and it was never gone up until now. I visited few Rehab Doctors and they come up with the same diagnosis: MYOFASCIAL PAIN SYDROME. This is where it all began and my journey of living in pain is the greatest challenge I ever had. That brought me here in www.dailystrenght.org. Looking for people who have the same condition as mine. Looking to find support and give support to people who have been suffering and shed tears for this never ending cycle of pain. Let us all fight. And never EVER give up. As long as we live. We can always find ways or solutions to smash the pain. not literally smashing it hard. But with a brave heart, that everytime the pain strikes, we are armed with the skills to zip the mouth of the screaming pain. I am looking forward to find friends in all four corners of the world. To find the people out there, who think life is drifting away due to the pain.

Hello, marc. This is the 29 years old Mao. I am so proud of what you have become. The strength for coming this far. It is fathomable how deep the aches are, the darkest corner of the depression, and the hopeless moments. The stresses you've been. Here I am now letting you know that the future maoski is doing okay. He still has the pain. It is actually far from being gone. But I find myself along the way. I learned a lot about the world. And improved other aspects of my life tremendously. I hope you are proud and I know you are what I've become. I am sorry if I fail your expectations about a lot of things. I did try the best of my abilities to learn and make myself better. But I always fail and get off the healthy road from time to time, No worries young Marc, the road is long and we will continue to hold and keep a good fight. There is NEVER giving up, right? Thank you young maoski for the trust and the faith you've had in me. I know you are hopefully waiting in the past. So just sit back and relax in there. I GOT THIS.
