How does a pathological liar get better?

How are people like me, pathalogical liars, supposed to get better when people asking them questions keep asking the same qquestions and recieve the same response but are then told that they are lying. If I refuse to answer a question, I am lying impliedly. If I have explicitly said no to something, the question is brought up again and my answer remains the same. How am I still lying? Or rather how will I ever be able to trust anyone when all everyone is doing is tell me I'm lying even when I am not. even when my answer remains the same. Even when I have nothing to gain from it.

I was accused of sleeping with someone I have never even met in my life. I was told that the person saw it in my eyes. How does cheating with someone you have never met show in your eyes?
