You could always get your Group Members to register for another employee training Program. This is generally free to attend, and is a great way to Understand new things about your company. Interestingly, employee training Workshops aren't enough to ensure that your Workers are fully knowledgeable about the ins and outs of your business. The Workshop should help each employee to improve their Employee's technique level and knowledge.

This can be achieved by providing them with training exercises that they can do in order to enhance their ability to communicate with Business Leaders and supervisors and provide them the tools they need to help solve problems in the workplace. This will increase the ability of each employee to interact with Leaders and supervisors and boost their overall job productivity in the organisation.
