How can I get them to dry up?!?! :(

I go back to the derm on Tuesday to discuss some sort of surgery for the sores under my breasts which is good but I have sores in... other places I can assume you know where. I know most of the people on here are female but what are some tips for more sensitive areas? Do I just keep a towel or some sort of padding to dry it? Epsom salt? Please help if you can! :(.
