House Is On The Market

We have decided to do a short sale on the house - or try to.  The mortgage company said they'd consider deed in lieu of if we tried short sale, first.  The realtor (OF COURSE) is optimistic and thinks the house will sell quickly.  (She's full of crap, but whatever.) 
So for now, we'll tidy the house, hope for the best... and wait. 
Ugh.  I hate waiting.
The realtor (an old neighbor of ours and nutty as a fruitcake) came and took photos of the outside of the house. 
Guess we'll see.
