Hot, Humid

Still feeling blah today.  Made the error of doing my moring run in the neighborhood.  It didn't seem too bad when I started.  Well anyway, I just had to take a lot of walk breaks.  It was so hot, I saw a girl wearing spandex and just a sports bra.  I thought about how good that would feel.  I was wearing spandex and a sports bra also, but had a shirt on over them.  I think the sight of me with just the spandex and sports bra (bumps all over my back), I might get rotton fruit thrown at me.  Or peasants with torches, hmmm.  But I made the distance, and am feeling better after a shower and a peice of dark chocolate.  Ate too much over the weekend and picked up a pound, so I have to stay away from the chocolate the rest of the day.  i'm going to try to write today.
