Hot Flashes!
This year I get to experience hot flashes! They may have started at the end of winter. It was a very cold winter according to the weather man and the icy rain and snow we are not use to getting. But I never felt like it was that cold! So I'm thinking the hot flashes were keeping me warm! LOL! When summer tempts came I thought I was in an oven! They were coming like every five minutes! Took black cohosh for a few weeks and it helped for a while. Finally they seem to be less often. It's kind of funny though to suddenly break out in a sweat doing nothing but sitting in Air conditioning. Sometimes I get this queasy feeling but it doesn't last more than a minute or two. I like this better than what I had to deal with since I was around 13 years old! Years of horrible pain and all the mess that goes with!

Here is a good one for you: I have hot flashes on and off.My Doctor put me on Zyrtec! huh? yes an allergy medicine. Every time I would mention to my other doctors/nurses they would look at me funny.One of them said for me to stop this nonsense.
I have hives and Zyrtec is the only one that keeps them all gone! I put myself on it when it became over the counter. I haven\'t seen a doctor for the hives in years, other than the after hours for other things like problem with my wrist and a sinus infection. My hot flashes are already slowing down and I am hoping it keeps in that direction. Did the Zyrtec help you?
