This fall, POC will host an online auction to celebrate the Raceday concept and to raise money and awareness for Spinalis, a charitable foundation whose mission is to promote research and treatment development in the field of spinal cord injuries.Bike Gear
POC, a leading manufacturer of skiing and cycling helmets, apparel and accessories, has partnered with Argon 18, Fizik, Corima, and CeramicSpeed and is proud to announce an online auction where a one of a kind Argon 18 Time Trial/Triathlon bike will be auctioned off.
The auction will celebrate the Raceday concept, which was introduced in 2015. Raceday is the result of POCs uncompromising approach to road cycling performance and marks the next step in POCs quest to redefine the future of road cycling.
To emphasize the ambition of technology, aerodynamics and performance within Raceday, helmets and apparel, we turned to Argon 18, Fizik, Corima, and CeramicSpeed to customize the ultimate machine. The bike will follow us at events and trade shows and will then be auctioned off later this fall, says Stefan Ytterborn, founder of POC.
The unique and custom-built bike is valued at $15,300 (13,900) and the proceeds of the auction will be used to support Spinalis, a charitable foundation whose mission is to support the research and treatment development in the field of spinal cord injuries.
