Hospital results ecg
Non specific st & t wave abnormalities. Sinus Tachycardia
I've had recurring t wave abnormalities on every ecg most especially this time last year when I had Pericarditis or pericardial effusion as one report said. Could I be getting fluid in and and around my heart on the regular then it dies down??
Still very short of breath and fullness in chest feeling like hard to breathe. Have appointment I have to get through tomorrow. If it gets worse I'll go to my heart hospital after. As of now my insurance is still active.
It could be a side effect of this methocarbamol. After taking it my chest immediately tightened. I dunno...I j7st want it to go away and I cannot sleep because I'm in horrible pain. F'g give me a tic tac for level 9 pain...yeah f'g thx ErDoc!!! I think I'm flagged or they won't flat out give meds. Dumb ass...I'm pissed. I even asked for a steroid injection. That is what I'll do next.

I'd say you're getting it more than annually just on a gut check, but methocargamol? I've never had it, nor has Hubby, and I thought between us we'd had all muscle relaxants. And one of its side effects IS tachycardia (I double-checked).
And that could trigger god knows what, but ccould even be autoimmune effusion. Human bodies arent supposed to do a lot of things, but by 30, I knew that was only a nice textbook paragraph. Reality is very very messy. We can't predict how combinations of disorders and/or meds will work out. What is okay for A may be lethal for B, but only cause headaches or nausea in C through Z. (And wouldn't get past the FDA on that grounds in the past)
And you need a better ER. Walk in, say "I know you're not meant to be my primary care, but I'm in chest pain, and I hvae heart issues, and I don't wanna die!" That should help their perception of you if they do have you flagged. And they will. ER personnel are fucking ruthless. I say that with feeling and inside knowledge, alas.

I'm beginning to think this is autoimmune related Leo. I wish I could go to Cleveland clinic. They're linked to many of my ekg records from this hospital chain. I need a very very experienced team or for my concierge doctor to get on it. But she's not a cardiologist. I think it's her weak point. If I had my old cardiologist who communicated regularly with my PCP. Both were women docs. Dangitall. She knew exactly what was going on with me. She would tell me, it's costo, it's angina dir to stress, its Pericarditis, its not your heart it's something else. But I knew, I definitely knew. Frustrated beyond belief. This has been recurring and recurring.
All I can think to do is focus on solutions I know can help me like 1. LOSE weight 2. Get PsA med. 3. Get steroid injection for back. 4. Adequate pain maintenance and serious aquatic and PT
I am going to first push to get blood test results (they didn't post or even f'g tell me. AND, this is not a "normal" ECG teasing so I'm going to send to my concierge doc and try to get in sooner to cardiologist. The actual doctor. I actually told them very specifically " I have microvascular disease and I get angina when my pain spikes. I told them all the meds I took, that when i started having difficulty breathing and chest rightness that wouldn't go away and Stabbing front and back chest pain radiating around my sternum." They all got to work on me fast. I was very specific about when I weaned off of belbuca, injuring myself with carrying my laptop, stenosis...PsA not treated. Wtf else could I have told them?! Actually the nurse was so cool that snuck back in when I was asleep to put in the hysrocodone I turned down because I told her my DNA drug test said it was ineffective. So right there you know Doc thought I was drug seeking, a woman complaining chalked it up to heartburn and f'g phoned it in. Right when i ket that doc i saw him completely dismiss me in first 5 seconds even though my BP and HE went to 132/80.and 120 hr to 95/58 because of pain.
They ront f'g understand pain spikes in fibromyalgia patients!!!!!!
Next time I'll stay home or not go there
Aquatic PT is wonderful if I can afford it :-)
