Trying to conceive

Hi family. I am 28 and have been trying to conceive from 2014. In 2016 my Husband and I decided to get ourselves medically checked cause we didn't understand what the problem was. The results came back and I found out that both my Fallopian tubes are blocked and I have an orange size fibroids. To top it of we are self employed and business is not doing well for us to do IVF. I find myself being resentful to family and friends having kids because I can't do it naturally or medically because of financial position. I feel stressed out
