Hopeful post is hopeful

Ok, so I will not write much today, I'm trying to go sleep earlier. 
I realised that I need to do some concret stuff in order to get better. So every day when I feel I achieve something, one more step forward in my journey, I'll take a photo and post here. 
Tomorrow my mother will stay with my brother, so I can go out. I'm afraid to go to that clinic, but I think I'm ready to face whatever they say to me there. It's not that I'm afraid of my problems, I know I have them, that's why I need help, but I'm afraid to go alone. I wish I didn't have to go alone.
